Posted by

In Liverpool’s last home game of the season the Reds hammered four past Chelsea, ┬árestoring some pride to the club following the FA Cup Final defeat.

A fanastic run from Luis Suarez made Michael Essien put the ball past his own keeper on 19 minutes.

Jordan Henderson added a second with a nice finish before Daniel Agger added a third.

Stewart Downing missed a penalty in first half stoppage time after Ivanovic brought down Andy Carroll.

In the second half, Chelsea did get one goal back but the night was topped off when Shelvey knocked the ball into a empty net from 25 yards when the Chelsea keeper made a poor clearance.
